FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Is it a real painting on canvas or just a print?
This is ORIGINAL PAINTING, not a print/not a copy! The picture was painted by my hand with high-quality oil/acrylic paints (depending on the item you choose) on American linen canvas. Certification of Authenticity is attached to each painting in your order.
2. Can you customize the painting for me?
Custom orders are accepted. Please DM me with your specifications for further information. Do not hesitate to contact me if you would like artwork in another size. Please notice, that custom orders will take longer to make.
3. What about packaging and shipping?
All paintings are rolled and transported using high-quality plastic/cardboard tubes to protect the painting and avoid damage during international shipping. Painting comes back to its original state once you stretch it on a wooden/another frame/base.

4. Can you tell me how to choose a place for a painting?
• WHERE IT'S NOT RECOMMENDED TO HANG A PAINTING:
1. Please do not hang the painting in the direct sun, because the ultraviolet destroys the pigment of any paint (even though I use quality materials, this is physics).
2. It is better not to hang the painting in rooms where there are sharp temperature changes, for example, on a veranda. Paint does not like temperature changes. Especially if you use a wooden frame, which tends to expand/contract depending on the temperature and humidity of the air, in such cases it may even crack.
3. The picture should not be hung in front of the air conditioner, because it also creates sudden temperature changes, as in point number two.
5. Do you have any usage recommendations?
The best thing you can do for your painting is NOT TO TOUCH IT.
If suddenly, after years, dust has appeared on your picture and the painting was made with oil paints, then you can wipe it with a slightly damp cloth.
If your painting is acrylic and you want to wipe it with a damp cloth, the acrylic will wash off because these paints are water-based and wash off with water. The only thing you can do with a picture painted with acrylics is to try to blow off the dust with a hairdryer (but not with a cloth!).
6. What to do if, after years, the canvas stretched and began to sag a little?
Don't worry, the mentioned problem is easily solved. Pour water into a spray bottle and spray water on the back of the canvas. Put it on the floor for one night, and let the water dry. As it dries, it will stretch the canvas back, and the piece of art will look like a new one again.
7. What policies do you have?

This is ORIGINAL PAINTING, not print/not copy! The picture was painted by me by hand with oil/acrylic paints.
This product (like all my paintings in a store) goes unframed/without a frame, and unstretched. It's only canvas sent IN ROLL (transported using high-quality plastic/cardboard tubes to avoid damage), not ready to hang. Once stretched, the painting can be restored to its original state. You can request to buy a frame additionally by contacting me. I work only with high-quality paints on American linen canvas, which helps to prolong the lifetime of the painting and color saturation for as long as possible. The photos that you see here show only examples of the design of the painting and how it can look in the interior for clarity. Please note that the colors on each monitor may be a bit different from the original. It depends on the color rendition of different monitors.
